  • Can I be tax exempt?
    You may use an exemption certificate if, as a purchaser: you intend to resell the products or service; you intend to use the products or service for a purpose that is exempt from sales tax; or. you make purchases as an agent or employee of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations or government entities.
  • What are the payment options?
    Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express; Check; Wire Transfer.
  • Can I require for Drop/Blind shipments?
    We can drop ship & send blind shipments upon request. Please indicate your request in the comment section of your online order or mention your request to a customer care advocate when ordering by phone.
  • How do I track my orders?
    Tracking numbers for all parcel orders are emailed to customers when the order has shipped. Tracking numbers for LTL shipments can be furnished upon request. Contact Customer Care at (866) 862-4366 or info@wsbottles.com
  • How much is shipping charge?
    Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates. For freight estimates, contact Customer Care at (866) 862-4366.
  • What is deliver time?
    In stock items ship within 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise noted. During inventory, holiday and other busy periods, shipping may be delayed by a week or more. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.
